We wanted to keep our customers as updated as possible during these difficult times.
As a company we pride ourselves on our customer service levels and always aim to give the best customer experience possible. Due to COVID many of our suppliers are struggling to buy/manufacture/import products for various reasons and of course this has lead to direct implications on our business.
On some occasions items on our website may appear as ‘in stock’ and we endeavour to keep this information as accurate as possible at all times, often we will even incorporate shipment dates to products to allow for ‘pre-orders’ and these dates given are as accurate as possible, however in these unpredictable times can be subject to change.
If you place an order and an item does turn out to be unavailable, we will be in touch the next working day to offer alternative suggestions and to try and help you out the best we can.
Under the current circumstances, if you are in desperate need for an item we recommend giving us a call and we can help you out with product availability and shipping times.
