You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This excludes Special Order items that are stated as ‘Special Order’ products in the information text.

Please enclose either your invoice or a note with your order number, full name and a brief description of how you would like us to proceed with your order. For example ‘exchange the size Medium I have returned for a size Small.’, or ‘Please Refund’. In the event that you require a refund please send the item back with all the original packaging and labels. The cost of returning an unwanted item is down to the buyer. You can return items via Royal Mail or a Courier. An option that is convenient for you. However please be aware that if we do not receive an item back we cannot issue any refund so it is in your own interest to ensure the item gets back safely.
In the event you want an item exchanged our Courier company charges us a base rate of £5.95 for standard deliveries, therefore we would need either a cheque or card payment for £5.95 to cover the postage cost, You can enclose a cheque with your parcel or request a phone call and a member of our team will call you for your card details.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
